From its pristine beaches to vibrant festivals and historic sites, exploring the Queen City of the South is now more exciting than ever as Casino Filipino (CF) Cebu and its satellites amp their gaming and entertainment offerings.
With CF Cebu’s new tagline, ‘Your One Great Experience’, guests of CF Cebu and its four Satellites – Mactan, Crown Regency, Parkmall and Talisay – will get to “enjoy that one great experience whether in terms of amenities, entertainment offerings, and customer service,” CF Cebu Branch Manager Ricardo Uy said.
“Our new tagline strengthens our connection with our customers. It reinforces our goal to give them a wonderful time and a great experience while they are here in Cebu,” he added.
Among the offerings available to patrons are various promos such as free accommodations and food or Free Bet Coupons – depending on the guests’ accumulated loyalty points and playing performance.
The branch also plans to add additional days for bingo sessions aside from the four regular sessions in the main branch to allow more guests to play.
Entertainment shows, according to Uy, will also be revved up as the branch and its satellites continue to showcase local artists and crowd-favorite celebrities. “Our patrons can expect great music and entertainment in the coming months. For CF One Cebu’s grand launch of its new tagline on July 21, 2018, we will be featuring actress-comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto and singer Bryan Termulo. Broadway singer Leo Valdez will also be featured on July 28,” Uy said.
“Since we held huge celebrity shows, our audience became more varied. Some millennials, for instance visit our branch and satellites – not to play but to watch the shows. We want guests to experience not only our gaming properties but also our entertainment offerings,” he added.
Uy likewise takes pride in CF Cebu’s synergy with its satellites. “We call ourselves ‘One Cebu’ because our main branch and four satellites are one. Wherever you play, you will earn points and use the privileges in any of CF Cebu’s gaming properties.
“One Cebu” maintains its edge by relying on its great asset – the employees. “It is very important that you have good rapport with the customers. In a survey conducted among clients, we learned that our employees have developed good relationship with them. While the gaming experience is the same in other venues, the staff here in CF Cebu are very friendly,” Uy shared.
Because of this competitive advantage, CF Cebu maintains its position as one of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) top-earning branches.
In 2017, the CF Cebu branch and its satellites recorded a 6.7% revenue increase from P4.5 billion in 2016 to 4.8 billion in 2017. “The revenue was driven by CF Cebu’s marketing programs and entertainment offerings. We never stop creating new marketing programs and we always ensure these programs are patronized by our patrons.”
Apart from their call to serve clients better, CF Cebu employees also take part in PAGCOR’s various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects as a way of giving back to the community.
Among the CSR projects that they have participated in were the gift-giving and outreach programs to several charitable institutions in Cebu like orphanage and home for the aged, feeding program in selected public elementary schools, tree planting activities and conducting of livelihood programs. #
